Luis Manzano and Billy Crawford To Host Pilipinas Got Talent
The seasoned host and actor Luis Manzano and the international Pinoy artist Billy Crawford will host the newest reality-talent search “Pilipinas Got Talent” or commonly referred to as PGT. Pilipinas Got Talent will be aired at ABS-CBN. Luis and Billy will be the equivalent of Ant and Dec of Britain's Got Talent.
The PGT is anticipated to be the biggest talent search show in the country. PGT is a reality television series patterned after the popular “Britain’s Got Talent (BGT)” that produces talent like Connie Talbot, Pual Potts and Susan Bolyle and “America’s Got Talent.”
There are so many countries in Europe and America that adapted this reality-talent. The best talent that I have ever seen is the winning Sand Art piece in Ukraine Got Talent. Undoubtedly, many Pinoy will go out and show their talent.
Similar to other “Got Talent” series, the Philippine version of the talent show will also feature singers, dancers, magicians, comedians and other performers from all ages. What’s best for “Got Talent” is you can show whatever talent you have, anything goes.
Filipino singer Madonna Decena, who rose to fame when she became one of BGT’s semi-finalists, will be part of the show’s primer.
"Got Talent" is the latest franchise to be acquired by the Kapamilya network. It has also acquired the rights to air programs patterned after international shows "Big Brother" and "Deal or No Deal."
